Information needed for a Commercial Loan Request

Financial Statements:

• Last Three Year end financial statements of the Company.  Quality of the financial statement required is based on borrowing amount requested per below:

• If your company has not completed a yearend, then we will require formalized projections per below.

List of Equipment:

• Current list of equipment with description, serial numbers, current market value, existing encumbrances and (if any) outstanding balances.

Personal Information:

• Annual updated Personal Statement of Affairs are required.  Profitable businesses exist to be profitable, and we hope this ends up in the business owner’s personal pockets.  A Personal Statement of Affairs confirms the ultimate profitability of your business.

Upcoming year and Projections:

• Plans for the upcoming fiscal period to review how NPSCU can assist you.  Pro Forma income statement and balance sheet, with a cashflow greatly assist our understanding of your financial needs and how we can assist (required for any Commercial Loan request without historical financial statements).  Please include any assumptions you have made in your projections. 
• Though not always necessary, projections are an excellent management tool and we greatly encourage business members to utilize this tool at least annually for their own use and budgeting. 

Management, Ownership, and Company’s Vision

• What does your company do?  Who is your competition? 
• What form of company is this?  Incorporation, Proprietorship or Parnership?
• Who is the key decision maker?  Operational Manager?  Accountant?  Lawyer?
